15 minutes low carb lunch idea that looks instagramable and nutrition wise is simply gorgeous.
As my temperature dropped under 38 i feel good enough to use my brain again but don’t feel strong enough to do anything proper. hence, i buried myself in woolen covers with my bullet journal.
Though for the challenge I sent pictures in underwear I don’t think it’s too ok for me to share those here, hence I tried to replicate the picture in the skin-tight dress 1 month before and now.
Half-way results I’ve already covered in this article.
One of the best gifts I’ve ever received – a surprise by of the fullest collection of Mucha art. Beautiful pictures from all artistic periods with text to complete the experience.
The goal is to kick off bigger challenge in my body with a guided nutrition and training guide for a month. Let’s start by me assuming that you’re most interested to know what are the changes.
My face when I see my new challenge.
October challenge was to chill more, have a break month in a way. Well that went sideways and I was more busy with health. Maybe it’s a way of my body to tell me I shouldn’t be lazy and should go back to challenges again. Ha-ha, no! But seriously, I was missing those monthly weirdnesses and the focus it gives.
Lately I noticed I started to defend morons.
Ok, this is so not the post i ever imagined having here 😀 Lately I’m watching more videos than usual trying to educate myself on various topics, and occasionally stumble on weird but somehow brilliant videos.
My weird trip down the minimalism hole took my bullet journal to a ridiculously simplified version. I thought I’d share how my layout looked last month.
I want to hug you. October, I love you with your coziness, hugging scarfs and fresh crispy morning air of new things. October, you smell like starting a new love.
?? 100g protein / day⠀
I figured out my august challenge as I was crazy cooking yesterday. I need to eat more protein! #typicalvegan (tho i’m not full time vegan and more ovo/eggs-pesco/fish-vegetarian, but still)⠀
Sadly my first failed challenge. The goals was to read 4 books in a month, and I only managed 2,5.⠀
I thought I will read more on travel, but my head wanted to be empty and just enjoy the surroundings.⠀
Though it’s not cool (and a bit sad if we’re totally honest), but I can’t help to realize “well, i had time, but had other priorities”. Even though 4 books is not.that.much.!!⠀
The most important lifehacking is lifehacking yourself. At moments of anxiety I do some moronic things that somehow cheer me up and give enough push to do more important and less moronic things.
Last weekend I was in a beautiful place you see on this picture. The day was quiet and peaceful. Bright but not sunny. Perfect to sit on a pier, listen to soft waves and read.
First true romance I ever read was Jane Eyre. Quite typical to say the least. Mostly in family library there was only classical russian drama and science fiction, so Bronte’s book really stood out. One of the first books where I remember I started to get a whiff what a relationship was at all.
I thought I’ll just leave this fat chin picture here.
For some reason I like this picture, it reminds me of a nice day I had with my doggo on a rainy day and snapped the pic with new hairstyle on the go not blurry or anything. #selfiesuccess
Last 2 weeks I was testing on myself sticking to the plan from the Calories Counting Part 1, which means trying to consume around 1800 calories/day. It went.. almost as planned.
This is a macaroon, kinda looks like a nipple in this picture.. I got a bit offtopic. A macaroon is a good illustration of my diet – I overeat carbs. That’s it. Last month I did an “exercise every day” challenge, now it’s time to learn counting calories so that exercising effort is not lonely.
Check out how I survived second week of the every day exercising challenge.

I made a challenge for myself for the whole April – I will exercise every single day. Is it crazy – probably? Will I still do it? Hell yeah.
Always on search of optimal bullet journaling, I’m inviting you to plan april and its first week with me.
